2. Services
LG Enterprises, through its brand EasyWash, provides the following services:
- Regular laundry (wash, dry, and fold)
- Dry cleaning
- Ironing and pressing
- Blanket and bulk washing
- Garment care and stain removal
- Pickup and delivery services
3. Service Terms
- Orders: All service orders are subject to availability and acceptance by EasyWash.
- Pickup & Delivery: We offer pickup and delivery services within our service area in Imphal. Timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
- Processing Time: Standard processing time varies by service type. Express services may be available at additional cost.
- Garment Care: While we take utmost care with all garments, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fabric defects, or items with loose embellishments.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are as listed in our current price list and may be updated from time to time.
- Payment is due upon delivery of cleaned garments or as agreed at the time of order.
- We accept cash and digital payment methods.
5. Liability
- We will make every effort to handle your garments with care.
- In the event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to 10 times the service charge for the affected item.
- We are not liable for damage caused by inherent fabric defects, pre-existing wear, color bleeding, or items left in pockets.
- Claims for damage or loss must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must inform us of any special care instructions or known fabric issues at the time of drop-off.
- Please remove all personal items from pockets before handing over garments.
- Provide accurate contact information for communication and delivery purposes.
7. Communication
By using our services, you agree to receive service-related communications via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls. These include order updates, delivery notifications, and service reminders. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
8. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Imphal East, Manipur.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
